Live your best life by eating delicious and nutritious foods

Meet Lily Chen, MS, RDN, APD, FAND

Registered Dietitian & Accredited Practising Dietitian

Hi there,

My name is Lily and I am a dietitian who is passionate about helping people lead happy and healthy lives. There is new research being published everyday which showcases the important role nutrition has in preventing diseases and optimising health.

There is a common belief that dietitians prescribe boring and restrictive diets which is not true. Food absolutely can be delicious and nutritious at the same time.

I am a true believer that a healthy diet can help us live the lives we deserve and my mission is to help my patients achieve just that.

Best,

Lily Chen
